Refund Policy

At Face 2 Face Lab Solutions, we are committed to providing professional and reliable testing services. Due to the nature of our services, certain policies apply regarding refunds.

Testing Services

All testing services, including drug screening, DNA testing, alcohol testing, and fingerprinting, are non-refundable once the testing process has begun or a sample has been collected.

Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment before the scheduled appointment time. If payment has already been made and the appointment is canceled in advance, the payment may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment.

Missed Appointments

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.

Laboratory Processing

Once a specimen has been submitted to a laboratory for testing, refunds cannot be issued, as laboratory processing costs are immediately incurred.

Service Errors

If an error occurs on our part during the testing process, we will work with the client to resolve the issue or provide a retest when appropriate.

​

Additional Fees

Certain fees such as travel fees, late fees, after-hours fees, and shy bladder fees are non-refundable once applied.
